RETURN POLICY

If the products you purchased delivered in damaged condition, you are required to contact us by e-mail, latest within 2 days following the delivery. After carrying out following requirements, if you return us the damaged good by the contracted courier, we shall replace it with a new one, free of charge. If the damage is caused by buyer’s use or if the good is being used, then replacing shall not be possible.
 
If the returned goods are sent back by a contracted courier service, then the delivery charges shall be payable by us. Otherwise, you shall bear the delivery charges. Submitting the original bill of sales of the product is compulsory for the returned goods. No transaction can be carried out without this document.

Goods should be returned in their original box or packing. The goods shall not be accepted unless sent in their original box/es.

RETURN PROCESS

You need to submit us a letter stating that the goods were received in damaged condition and you want to return them, together with the original bill of sales (all the copies you have), latest within 2 days following the delivery.
 
Return demand initially shall be looked at by our Return Department and return process shall be initiated. The duration of this process is 3 to 7 days. After reviewing your demand and verifying that the product was delivered in damaged condition, the product shall be replaced with a new one and delivered to your address.


WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Warranty period of the product is stated within the product details. For the warranty to be valid, please do check the product/s at time of delivery to your door. When you notice any damage, ask the authorized person of the courier service to issue a report and do not accept the delivery of the good/s. when the damage is not noticed at time of delivery, then return process shall be handled in accordance with the return policy. Warranty shall not cover alterations, deformation on the product or damaged original packaging.
